巴西航空工業公司的"飛行汽車"即將在紐約證券交易所上市
Embraer Startup for "Flying Cars" near listing at the New York Stock Exchange

Brazilian startup Eve, created by Brazilian aviation giant Embraer, the third largest airplane manufacturer in the world, is currently valued at US$ 2,4 billion, within a merger process between the two companies which is underway. This is more than the market value of Embraer itself, estimated at US$ 2,04 billion. The shareholders of US-based Zanite — a special purpose takeover company focused on the aviation sector — approved the merger of Embraer with Eve, which is considered decisive for the company's listing at the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).

Brazil's Alcantara Space Base will Launch Satellites in December

Innospace, an aerospace startup, will carry out its first suborbital launch of a rocket that may be loaded with satellites in December this year, departing from the Alcântara Launch Center (CLA) in Maranhão State, Brazil. The first launch will serve as a test for the HANBIT-TLV, a 16.3-meter-tall single-stage test rocket that serves as the development platform for the startup's commercial satellite launcher, the HANBIT-Nano.
